Parents, the Junior Class Ring Ceremony will be held in the WCHS Gymatorium on Tuesday, August 26th, at 7:00 PM. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early so that you can find your assigned seat and be prepared to present your student with their class ring. Final balances should be paid to the Herff Jones Company no later than Friday, August 22nd. Please see the postcard you received for your balance details and payment information. The 2024-2025 Yearbooks have arrived! Our amazing yearbook rep, Mr. Tye Cottle, made a special trip to Kansas City this past Saturday to pick them up straight from the plant—thank you, Mr. Cottle! Underclassman final exams are scheduled for Monday and Tuesday of next week. Students are only required to be present for the exams they have not exempted. They may leave after their final exam with a parent note. The note must include the student's name, parent's name, contact number, and permission for the student to leave following their exam.Students are requested to place their notes in the designated boxes organized by grade level, which are provided in the cafeteria. We will have only one lunch. After lunch, students who remain will follow their regular schedules.

We regret to inform you that yearbook shipping has been delayed. Yearbooks are now scheduled to ship on May 17th, though we’re hopeful they may arrive sooner. If yearbooks arrive after graduation, seniors who have paid for a yearbook will need to pick theirs up in the front office lobby. More details about pick-up will be shared through Google Classrooms, student email, Infinite Campus, and on Facebook. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
