Worth County FFA and 4-H Livestock Exhibitors traveled to Perry Ga. to compete in The Georgia 4-H and FFA State Market Goat and Lamb Show. The shows were held during the Georgia National Fair. Taylor Layfield, Luke Gwines, Peyton Gwines, Regan Bozeman, Rylan Bozeman, Parker Weaver, Brady Weaver, and Adam Ivey all made the trip to Perry, Ga. to exhibit their animals in front of hundreds of spectators and livestock judges from across the country.
During the showmanship portion of the show Rylan Bozeman was selected at the Intermediate Division Champion Market Goat Showman. In the Market Lamb show, Brady Weaver was selected as the Junior Division Showmanship Champion. All other Worth County exhibitors placed in the top 10 in their respective showmanship classes.
The Fifth Overall Champion wether goat was exhibited by Taylor Layfield. Ragen Bozeman exhibited the Fifth Overall Champion Market Doe.
