Character Education - Respect for the Environment

Character Rocks at W.C.E.S.!!

As a part of the Worth County Elementary School Character Education program, students now have the opportunity to participate in our Character Rocks at W.C.E.S. program. Each week, a new character trait is announced during morning announcements. Starting Monday, August 21, 2017, three student Character Rocks will be hidden throughout the Worth County Elementary School campus. A student who finds a rock will report to the school counselor to claim a prize and have their picture taken.

The character education word of the week is: Respect for the Environment which means the conservation and care of your surroundings.

Congratulations to the following people who found the Character Ed. Rock for this week, August 21st - 25th:

Teacher: Mrs. Sara Terry

Students: Tukker Lee found The Lorax on the 3rd grade hall.

Davontae McGuire found the Earth on the 4th grade hall.

Denyriah Jackson found the Eclipse on the 5th grade hall.

Congratulations to you all and good luck to everyone next week!
