WCHS Work-Based Learning Coordinator, Ms. Tina Pate, attended the 2017 GaDOE Regional Economic Development Meeting on October 12, 2017.  This event was hosted by Dougherty County and held at Albany Technical College Logistics Education Center.

The WCHS Work-Based Learning (WBL) Program was selected to be showcased during the event.  WCHS Senior and WBL student, Taylor Lindsey, as well as her employer, Mandy Gordon from Phoebe Worth, were selected to serve on a panel that participated in a discussion and Q and A session.  Taylor and Ms. Gordon were asked questions regarding the WBL placement and shared their experiences with the WBL program.  We are very proud of all of our WBL students and coordinator Ms. Pate!
