This year Worth County High School will be celebrating its 41st Homecoming and last Homecoming in the current building. Reminiscing on the last 41 years, and looking into the future helped create the Homecoming theme. Reminiscing Rams: Past-Present-Future, covers all aspects of the school as a whole. Past for looking back at the last 41 years, Present, to represent this school year, and Future, which includes our new high school that will open next fall. Spirit week will be held October 2nd-6th. It will kick off on Monday with 70's day, followed by Tuesday with College T-shirt day, then Wednesday with Future Day, Thursday with Twin Day, and the week will conclude on Friday with Ram Spirit Day. Additional activities will start Friday afternoon with the Homecoming Parade, and will then be followed by the Homecoming Pep-rally. The Worth County Rams Football team will face the Cook County Hornets on Friday, October 6th at 7:30 PM at Milt Miller Field and the Homecoming Queen will be crowned at halftime. Saturday October 7th, the Homecoming dance will be held at the Worth County High School Gym from 8:00-11:30 PM. The Homecoming King will be crowned at the dance at 10 PM. Since this is the last Homecoming that Worth County High School will have in this building, we strive to make it the best one yet. #GoRams Use the hashtag: #WCHOCO17 for all social media posts.
